Tales of the Justice Society of America #19

CALLING ALL JSA FANS!  CALLING ALL JSA FANS!  The time has come once again for us all to come together and celebrate as Michael Bailey and Scott H. Gardner proudly present the nineteenth episode of the best thing to EVER happen to the Internet -- TALES OF THE JUSTICE SOCIETY OF AMERICA!  Whoo-hoo!!

 It is a packed ninety minutes this week, but every bit is guaranteed to leave you spellbound with intrigue or your money back!  Scott and Mike begin the show by revealing not only the winner of their first contest (you know, the one they talked about once and then never mentioned again?), but also the super-secret identity of just where the heck the show's main theme comes from!  

 Then Scott goes through a couple of recent finds and once again they are reminded just how messed up Dr. Fate's origin and marriage are.  Next up are the ever-awesome e-mails where YOU the listener get to have your say and the guys once again go off on a number of tangents, but manage to contain themselves somewhat better than they usually do!

 It's down to business as they get into the penultimate issue of All-Star Comics with issue #73.  This epic tale concludes the Thorn storyline and sees the Huntress (no, the other one!) locked in mortal combat with the Huntress (no, the OTHER one!) while the rest of the JSA battles with both Thorn and the Sportsmaster all while Wildcat fights for his life!  Mike doesn't have too many problems with this issue, but Scott (as usual) has quite the list of quibbles -- all of which are pure comedy gold!

 Finally, we have the ads and there are some good ones this week, including a Hostess ad featuring the Man of Steel hisself...
